I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gong (Ramat Gan) in Sep 2024
Interview
First interview was a conversation with the recruiting manager (TL).
Second was a system design and architecture interview - first phase describing a system/feature I was a big part of it , second part was a description of requirements related to the work of the specific team and how would I design it.
After this part I got an home assignment - I got 24 hours for this and it was about 3 hours of work (it is calendar related task).
The third interview was code review and a conversation of the home assignment .
Fourth interview was HR interview .
Then they asked for recommendations from past managers and/or colleagues.
Last part was the offer meeting.
One of these interviews should be onsite , rest in zoom.
I had a good experience during the process, it was very transparent from both of our sides, the people I met were great and very friendly and humane.
The interview process was professional and organized. It included a technical assessment and several rounds of discussions. Communication was consistent throughout, providing a clear understanding of the role and the company expectations.

Interview
There's at least 3 phases, Introduction, a "get to know you" interview, and take home test. The initial talks and conversations were good. However I was ghosted after submitting the take home assignment. I reckon that kind of attitude is present in their culture.
