Gong Sales Development Representative interview questions

Recruiter screen, call with sales recruiter (they asked desired OTE in this stage), zoom call with sales manager, writing samples, then onsite. For the onsite interview, I went in and spoke with the sales manager, director of demand generation, and chief revenue officer. Spoke with each person for 30 min. They do a great job of flipping the interview on the interviewee in the sense that they don't ask very many questions, and want the interviewee to ask the questions. From going onsite, I can tell there is a very young culture where passionate people are in high positions. The company is growing like crazy and it would be a very good company to go with if you're looking for a start-up vibe where you can have a lot of impact and be rewarded for it too. Everyone I spoke with was excited to be there and they really believe in the product/vision. Didn't end up taking the position to stay with the company I am currently with, but I would definitely recommend applying. Great people and great product.
