They obviously asked the basic "give an example of a time when you...", but they put a lot of emphasis on working under tight deadlines with some difficult personalities. The most interesting questions were around working from home, feelings of lonliness, self-motivation and discipline, and ability to communicate proper tone via non face-to-face contact. This is a big question and one you have to be honest with yourself about. You may think you can do it, but it is not easy to communicate with others without the crucial facial expressions and body language. Keep that in mind and be real with yourself no matter how badly you want the job.
