I did a phone screen and then an interview with the hiring manager, and then Goodway ghosted me. Let me be clear: I don't think any company owes me a job. But sending a brief rejection email seems to me the bare minimum of polite behavior if I've taken the time to do two interviews. It speaks poorly of Goodway as an organization that sending a form email is too much courtesy for them to show.

A lot of detailed questions involving L&D methodology and scenarios.
First, thank you for the feedback and for interviewing with Goodway Group. We regret deeply that this happened and apologize for your experience.
Typically, the recruiter for this role personally calls each candidate personally after a hiring manager interview rather than send a form letter: our candidates are everything to us, and making their experience a positive one is a priority.
We apologize for your experience and appreciate your letting us know so we can improve.
