Goodwill Case Manager interview questions

Three separate interviews. The first one happened when they first called me about the job, which was a month after I applied (online). During the second interview, I was given several different scenarios and one that I had to give a written response about. The third interview, I had to give a presentation about being a case manager.

Lasted 30 minutes, the interviewer had 3 papers printed out and asked me the 40 behavioral questions on the paper, one by one. The interviewer was rude and the interview process was negative.
