Great explanation of the job responsibilities, pay and benefits. I didn't take the job because the schedule didn't work for my current situation. However, I will re-apply in the future. I was recommended by a friend who is a current employee.

Interview
It was really laid back and casual and very informative. I was allowed to take my time answering questions and even go back after I'd thought about it more. When I asked a question the interviewer went very in depth.

Easy, because I had a phone interview, but I believe they do have 1:1 interviews now. 10-20 minutes in-office interview. Maybe longer due to experience, or detailed answers. And questions they are asking.
