Typically 5-6 Rounds of interviews. 1 would be with HR , the rest with technical or concerned personnel in the department you are applying to.Could be a combination of phone or skype or face to face based on the location and availability of the managers or the applying candidate.

Mostly on communication skills and personal skills. More concerned with ability to work with variety of teams and ease of getting adjusted.Relevant examples of previous work experiences and accomplishments are definitely useful.
