I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Goodyear
Interview
The HR personnel was very nice, asked me some easy and tough questions, gave me instant feedback about my performance, and told me how to be effective when I go for interviews next time.
I like the fact she had to explain where I can improve.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Goodyear (Akron, OH)
Interview
I had the worst interview experience with Goodyear. There was lack of communication and responsiveness from the recruiter. I was brought back for 3 interviews and never received the proper communication and there was no respect for my time. A company of this size should have a much better recruiting process, they are most likely loosing out on a lot of good talent with this type of recruitment process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Goodyear (Gadsden, AL)
Interview
It began with a phone screen. Then a panel interview with 5 people asking behavioral questions. If you passed that then final interview with Plant manager or production manager. It is a very long process.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Goodyear (Provo, UT) in Oct 2016
Interview
I was called after a career fair to schedule an in-person interview on campus. Interview was approximately 30 minutes and consisted of behavioral questions related to their values, and a walk through of my resume. Recruiter made the whole process very easy and comfortable. I was told that I would hear back within a week concerning a decision, but never heard back so that was one negative.
