I had three interviews scheduled after having a conversation with the recruiter. Two video interviews and one onsite. Overall experience with 1st : The interview was rescheduled 4 hours before the scheduled time. Interview mentioned a casual meeting with just the Hiring Manager but included more team leaders. 2nd interview : Interviewed with the HR. Behavioral questions in order to gauge my skill-level, professional conduct, match with the company mission, etc. 3rd interview : This was supposed to be onsite with the Hiring manager, his team member and another team manager that the hiring manager's team closely worked with. Disappointed that the hiring manager did not participate in the interview without any notice. Some things just felt off.
