Interview
The interview experience was a total thumbs down. The company seems to take pleasure in randomly reaching out to people to apply for an automotive technician position and then immediately turning around and rejecting them. Someone in their HR department (or maybe all of them) could benefit from some sensitivity and common decency training. It was totally abysmal and I won't even go to Goodyear as a customer now after being dehumanized in this farcical manner.

The petty self-paced interview consisted of a few written questions about knowledge of particular automotive systems. There was no way to elaborate on one's experience, and it was an extremely poor way to evaluate one's suitability for the position, in my opinion.
