Very easy, no “hard” or off the wall questions. Seemed more casual than anticipated, a little rushed and unorganized. Was a zoom call overseas, out of London. Ended two minutes early.

Thorough! Over a total of 4 months, I completed over 8 individual interviews varying in length from 30 minutes to 1 hour and completed an assessment over 48 hours. I felt the interviewers asked the right questions and the assessment was very representative of what the job would be. However, for the salary band and years experience required it was excessive! I understand the company is collaborative but asking that much time of someone over such a long period is unnecessary and at no point did I ever get guidance on what the final salary offered would be! I have been at companies that dont interview potential CEO's as much as I was interviewed for this position!
