I had one phone interview with a recruiter (30 mins), one phone interview with a team member (50 mins), 3 hangouts interviews (45-60 mins) with a team member, with the hiring manager and a member of another team. 3 hangouts interviews were going to be one after another on the same day. Luckily, one of my interviewers had to reschedule it to two days earlier. The two other happened consecutively with 15-20 mins break. The recruiter updated me very often and called me in between the stages to explain me the next process. Scheduling the interviews went very smoothly. Interview process took approx 1 month. After having positive feedbacks from all the interviews, my business case was formed and sent to European Hiring Committee and then to Global Hiring Committee. It took 2 weeks in total to have the final answer from the committees. Most of the interview questions (maybe 60- 70%) focused on my Google Adwords and Digital Advertising knowledge. I had very few questions about my background except the call with the recruiter and hangouts call with the person from another team. There are lots of resources to study on Google Adwords Help Center and Google Analytics Academy that helped me a lot to succeed. The position was for Turkish Market, so the interviews with team members and the hiring manager were in Turkish and the rest was in English.
