All day process. Met with 5 different interviewers. Broke for lunch in the middle of the day and that was off the record. Overall, the job didn’t sound challenging enough. All interviewers were typing furiously instead of making eye contact and getting to know me.
I applied online; received the online assessment and passed; Recruiter reached out and had an initial call. He invited mr for the interview; first round is Role related Knowledge (45 min)
Three rounds of interview, each round with a function representative. Behavioral questions about different scenarios in cross functional collaboration environments. Interviews spanned across 3-4 weeks based on availability of the participants and myself.

Interview
This was a yearlong process. I was selected to hire, but due to layoffs and position elimination, the role I was in for were not available. The interview process was long and as expected involved may people and iterations. (roughly 13 interviews or points of contact overall)
