The entire interview process was efficient and smooth! It kicked off with a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a 30-minute 1:1 with a team member. I then delivered a one-hour presentation and conducted four 30-minute 1:1 interviews with different team members. This was followed by a 30-minute interview with the CTO and a final 15-minute chat with the CEO.
Throughout the interviews, the recruiter and team members were welcoming and friendly, providing valuable insights into the team and company culture. Also, the recruiter was super responsive throughout the interview process. It was a great experience.
