Grainger Inside Sales Representative interview questions

Recruiter phone interview...very general asked about my background and provided background on Grainger. Sent a skills assessment. Then set a date for a panel interview. Said it was a quick process and I would hear back regardless of the outcome but that was nearly 3 weeks ago.

I was contacted through LinkedIn and the recruitment process was very thorough. The recruiter was very friendly and helpful. The interview was not quite as pleasant. I was asked a set of questions about specific past experiences and answered them to the best of my ability using the STAR method. I was not asked about anything that was on my resume or about my education (BBA in Marketing). I had prepared a cover letter and brought a recommendation letter that was not even reviewed before the interview handed back to me at the end of the interview.
