      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grainger (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2021

      Interview

It was a 3-step interview followed by the initial telephone screening from the HR. First interview is usually with the Hiring Manager. In this stage, he/she will describe the role expected from the candidate and ask situational questions to understand the candidate's ability to do well on the job. In the 2nd round, 2 managers will conduct the interview session and this one will be more in-depth in nature to evaluate the candidate for the job. The 3rd and the final round is usually with the Director and here candidates are evaluated based on the strategic thinking regarding the job. This stage focuses on how well the candidate thinks in terms of a sustainable and growth oriented business, which will have synergic effect on both the customer and the organization. Interview process and Interviewers are friendly and creates a comfortable environment for the candidate so that the candidate feels at ease all through the process. A thank-you email is appreciated after each stage is done. Candidates are also provided with the feedbacks, if asked, on how the interview went and what are the areas of improvements, from the HR.

      Question 1

integrity and honesty was at the base of a few questions, one example was where I overheard a colleague's discussion with a client and I found myself questioning the information given, but I wasn't 100%. I had to react to the situation, or ignore it.
