Several interviews which took place over a 6 week period, STAR based questions. The set of questions are all situational, you need to go through the process to get hired. If you are not good at the STAR approach you will have a very diminished change to get the role.

They ate interested in knowing your previous experience in a sales role. Specifically, are you resourceful and motivated? They ask you to submit info for a background check and take a drug test. 2 - 3,interviews before they let you know.
