The interview process consisted of four rounds. It started with an initial screening, followed by a managerial round (phone), a home assignment, and finally a panel interview (video). The interviewer was professional and created a comfortable atmosphere throughout the discussions.
They are looking for candidates capable of managing end-to-end processes, with a strong focus on deployment and operationalization of solutions.
Overall, the experience was positive, with each round designed to assess different aspects of your skills, such as technical capabilities, problem-solving, and practical deployment experience.

Interview
Initial phone screening with HR recruiter, call with the hiring manager where some basic questions are asked about a recent project. Then, a take home data science project. After putting over a week and significant time into the project, I was ghosted by the hiring team after following up twice. Recruiter also did not have a voicemail, which made it extremely difficult to contact the recruiter.
