Extremely warm and casual process. We discussed my interests and what motivates me. The do pull up your resume so be sure you can elaborate. Other than that it was a lot of fun and they are very flexible on time when they can call.

Interview
First interview over the phone with HR. Second interview the next day on campus with my soon-to-be direct manager. Third interview that same week on campus with one if the Assistant VPs.
