Granicus Implementation Consultant interview questions

Spoke with recruiter who after the interview invited me to take this very new-world-order type test. Honestly I studied for hours on this test, it was a complete waste of time. I got a 34 on my ACT and this test was nothing more than a few puzzles and word games to weed people out. They will be losing a lot of good candidates because of this. It was unfortunate, because the recruiter had given me what turned out to be VERY wrong and misleading information on the role/ team/ project. I came into the second interview with this understanding, and as a result was caught incredibly off-guard by a number of questions and points for which I did not prepare. I'm not blaming not getting the job on this, but it was really unfortunate the recruiter did not have their information straight as it really hurt me in the interview process.

Eh. This company requires a CCAT test before they want to really know anything about you. Companies like this really frustrate me, especially when I compare them with companies that do take the time to talk with you to find out what you are about and what you can offer. Its a shame that this company doesn't seem to value diversity or even really want to know about you as an actual human being. They assume they know everything about you from the results of a timed 15 minute test. Too bad actually engaging in with somebody and asking them questions during a conversation seems to be an after thought? I wonder how many wonderful employees they don't even know exist have passed by their door because they don't want to take the time to acknowledge. It seriously makes me question how they treat their customers.
