Interview
Phone screen with HR. Purely behavioral. HR seemed friendly and open. Asked about cover letter, previous experiences, and interest in the company. Honestly I had just applied to the job while doing mass apps, so I couldn't fully articulate 'why' I wanted to work there / in that job function (I didn't really lol).

Question 1
Tell me about your previous experiences and how they align with this position
Thank you for sharing your interview experience. We’re glad to hear that our HR team came across as friendly and open during your phone screen.
Our behavioral interviews are designed to get to know candidates better and understand how their skills and experiences may align with the role. We recognize that not every applicant is deeply familiar with the position when they first apply, and we always appreciate the honesty candidates bring to the process.
We wish you the best in your job search and thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback.

Interview
I was all set to have a video interview with two hiring managers, but after 30 minutes, realized it wasn't happening. Kind of a red flag, but it happens. They rescheduled, but when we finally spoke, they neglected to turn on their video cameras. I felt like I was practice interviewing by myself. It was uncomfortable and they could not have sounded less interested. I later heard back from my recruiter saying they didn't think I was prepared for the questions. Pretty ridiculous. I was more prepared for this interview than either of them, yet they totally disrespected me and my time. After reading other reviews, this sounds kind of typical, but it is still shady and is presumably how the rest of the company operates.
