Interview
This was a video interview after the initial online application stage. So it wasn't in person and 5 questions were asked. We were given about 30-45 seconds to read the question. The response time to the questions ranged from 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Mainly behavioural questions. 1st question was the introduce yourself, your degree and experience etc. Describe your intentions and motivations to work at the company
Apply online - Online assessment (mainly behavior questions) - video interview - assessment center - interview
After you submit your resume, they will send you an email for an online assessment, and you need to finish the online assessment within 72 hours. Online assessment does not have a time limit. After you finish the online assessment, if you pass, you will receive an email for a video interview. You need to use your computer to record yourself.

Psychometric and aptitude test followed by one way interview. The next stage was the assessment centre which was split into a 40 minute interview and a case study. It was quite a standard hiring process
