I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Birmingham, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
The assessment day was more informal than other companies. It started with a group exercise discussing a case study. Then there was a partner interview (basic competency and career motivation questions) and a follow up case study one-on-one interview. Grant Thornton didn't try any trick questions, they just want you to be relaxed and do well!

The interview process was good, Grant Thornton provided a lot of help and support throughout, via email and also on their dedicated Jam forum, if I ever had any questions I was always sure there would be an answer on the forum and if not I knew I would be able to get a reply from Grant Thornton quickly.
