Online application, Online Tests, Video Interview, Assessment Centre. Staff were very encouraging and friendly. Competency based interviews, which also focused on commercial awareness. Also got to talk to the current graduates, which helped us find out more about the company and the working life.

Applied online and completed a short math and analytical test that took no longer than an hour. Passed through to a video interview stage where there are 15 pre-made questions that you have 30secs to think about before 1.5 mins to answer
