Standard behavioral interview with usual questions. Asked about yourself, your plans, why GT, and similar questions. Took place on campus and was fairly relaxed. Had interviews with 2 different interviewers one after the other: one young associate and another older, director level interviewer.

Applied through my university's website and GT. Got an interview through on campus recruiting. The people were very welcoming and interview was conversational. I had two interviewers for my round one interviews; each were 30 minutes long. Afterwards, I was invited to fly to California to meet the firm.

Applied through my college career services center and the Grant Thornton website. Completed two different interviews which lasted 30 minutes each. The first interview was with an associate, it was basically talking about my resume and talking about myself. The second interview was with a partner, it contain more behavioral questions about your resume.
