I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Kuala Lumpur) in Jan 2019
Interview
Not really a so call difficult interview, they will first test you on Microsoft Excel, ask you to introduce yourself. Also, i think it is better if you are able to presents all your pros , as this will make you stands out among the other interviewer. P.S. there is a group interview.
In my opinion the interview process was pretty standard for a professional services company. The process was not too lengthy and there was constant communication and updates provided throughout the process.
The interview process in my current workplace consists of technical test (accounting & audit), HR interview and user interview. It's a very fast and efficient process, it takes less than 2 weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What activities you do when you're still in college (e.g. if you're an organization member, what did you do, etc)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Boston, MA)
Interview
The interview was virtual and set up as 2 30 minute interviews with partners. No technical questions were asked. More of a conversation than an interview, it was for an internship so they just wanted to make sure I was capable of having a conversation.
