I applied online. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Nairobi)
Interview
I applied online , and after 2 weeks, I undertook an aptitude test that was 30 min. The test had 35 qns in the following areas; Numerical Critical reasoning, Verbal Critical and Diagrammatic series. I did not proceed to the next phase of the interview.
There was a very limited time for you to talk and many competency questions were asked. There is probably 2 minutes for each question and 1 minute to prepare before each question. Be prepared of all different competency questions that may be asked and practice speaking in front of the camera.
