Had a phone interview first and then an on-site interview. Both went very well. Didn't get many technical questions, but more past experience. The conversation was very smooth and laid-back. Had a positive experience and accepted offer.
Equally focused on experience and technical knowledge. Asked about prior experience, roles and responsibilities and what was learned from it. Asked many questions on complex recent regulations and updates to the field. Also asked about skills and software skills.
Multiple rounds.
Got a chance in grant Thornton by reference and receive call from HR for interview and then Got mail from company for video call interview and get Video call and interviewer took my interview

Mostly spoke about the culture of Grant Thornton and why I wanted to work there. No gotcha questions. Seemed like the main point was to make sure that the interviewee is a good fit into the GT culture.
