It started with a telephonic interview with the VP Marketing, followed by a written assignment and then a face to face interview based on the assignment review.
The phone interview and assignment went smoothly. However, the face to face interview was very haphazard. One of the managers was extremely rude and curt in their communication, being visibly irritated to cutting short conversation midway during a discussion, providing little productive feedback. A few members of the interview panel were unavailable, which resulted in long waiting time only to be told that those sessions would be rescheduled. Overall the experience was disappointing.
