I submitted an online application, shortly after received a phone call from HR, then setup a call with the hiring manager. After 2 phone calls they requested that I come in for an interview in person and offered me a position later that day.

They made me participate in an extremely long aptitude type of test. It was structured almost like an ACT or SAT. After that, I was invited back for a second interview and ultimately a final with a job offer
