Greenhouse Software Implementation Strategist interview questions

I was so impressed with their hiring process. Round 1, a phone screen with another Implementation Strategist. Round 2, phone screen with the hiring manager. Round 3, performance task. Round 4, interview with a hiring committee. The questions are varied each time and they really get to know the candidates and whether they have the required skills to be successful in the role. Each norms at the start that they type during the interview as part of their process but it always felt natural. Each subsequent interview made me more impressed with company and more excited about the potential to join the team. It's a really intentional, thoughtful process.

I originally applied and interviewed for a Customer Success Manager role, but was ultimately offered and landed a role on the Implementations team. Greenhouse does an amazing job of creating clear and concise interview processes and asks great questions- I was never asked the same question twice, and the interviews were actually enjoyable.
