I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Greenhouse Software (Denver, CO) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online and received a request for a brief phone call with a Recruiter within 24 hours. This conversation was focused on basic questions about background and interest in this position. I then had a follow-up phone call with a Manager about a week later about how this position fits within the company and past experience. I was then asked to create a "how-to" guide on any tool/subject that I'm particularly passionate about. About a week after I received a request for an in-person interview with a few different people from the company which consisted of a quick product demo, "culture add" interview, coffee break, presentation of "how-to" project, case study interview, and wrap up with the Recruiter. About a week later I received a request to meet with the Director. A few days later I received an offer. Transparency and communication were really key here. I was never asked the same question twice, which was a truly refreshing experience. Overall, it was a great experience as everyone I spoke to was well-prepared, friendly and very open about the next steps in the process.
Didn’t get past the case study. Interview with the manager went great but unfortunately I didn’t make it through the case study stage. All in all it was a Very thorough interview with several steps.

So this process is Intense but it makes sense as to why it is this way. They want to make sure you are a good fit and understand what you are getting into. Just be yourself and not give stale answers (try telling stories) and be about the customer.
1. Initial phone screen
2. Meeting with Potential Manager
3. Presentation on a project they give you
4. 3 hour panel Interview
I go through all the rounds and they made me an offer today! Im so happy!

Question 1
Very basic questions. Give examples and you'll do fine. Nothing too hard or out of the ordinary.
