The interview process at Greenhouse is thorough and transparent. I was initially contacted by a recruiter, Emily Gleeson, who informed me of the opportunity, and I immediately expressed interest. Emily was a true partner and maintained consistent communication with me throughout the process.
The first step was a recruiter screen to review the role, my background, and experience, as well as to provide a detailed outline of what to expect. The second step was an interview with the hiring manager. The third step involved a take-home assignment, where I was tasked with creating an account strategy for a client and presenting my findings to key internal stakeholders. Once submitted and reviewed, the next round of interviews was scheduled across two days.
The fourth step was a mock presentation of my account strategy to key internal stakeholders, including the CRO, VP of AM, and VP of CSM. Next, I had an interview with a current Senior Enterprise Account Director, followed by an interview with the Director of Enterprise Account Management. On the final day, I interviewed with a Senior Customer Success Manager, followed by a wrap-up conversation with the recruiter to align on next steps and address any outstanding items.
The team as a whole—Emily, Khyati, Dave, Gina, Annie, Mike, Ricky, and Steve—was authentic, attentive, and informative. By the end of the process, I already felt like a member of the team. Overall, my experience was extremely positive, and I commend Greenhouse for the professionalism and transparency demonstrated by their recruiters and team throughout the process.
