Right after an employee referred me, a recruiter contacted me to set up a phone interview. After that, I did a phone interview with the manager hiring for the position. There was supposed to be a third phone interview with one of the founders, but that had to be cancelled as he was sick. The final round of interviews was onsite - I met with two members on the team I was interviewing for, two other members of that team for a culture interview, the manager hiring for the position, the founder, and then the recruiter. Everyone I was in contact with was extremely friendly and welcoming. The recruiters answered emails immediately, even proactively reaching out to let me know that one interview was scheduled for an hour, but would only take 30 minutes, and that I shouldn't be worried that it was cut short. I was asked many experience-based and situation questions, and there was one case study. There were no 'trick' questions, and the entire interview process was very welcoming. I was so impressed with the company and process.
