Very simple, what you are told in your interview is accurate. People that say any different obviously didn't work hard enough to hit the goals they thought they would. I ended up getting out in the field for a month and made 8 grand.....IN ONE MONTH!!!

Interview
In depth and honest. They explained the position and the sales team and I was able to ask questions. Questions were answered and I felt good about the company. They were respectful and helped me set and accomplish my goals. I was very happy.
