I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Greenspire (Newport Beach, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
I met with Jessica and Lindsie for my first interview as a marketing representative. I then was hired and met my district manager, Justin, whom taught and trained me everything I know today. The hiring process was simple and painless. They made me feel comfortable and they didn't intimidate me whatsoever. I felt like I fit their culture immediately and it helped me get through the process.

They asked my ability to lead and grow and how hungry I was to manage.

Interview
Primary interview with great HR guy who was excited about the company and worked his magic to get me an interview with the hiring manager within a day. At first i was extremely excited to possibly work there because of how amazing and excited he was.
BUT THEN. secondary interview was commandeered by another HR representative who claimed she was good at interviews but made it an excruciating hour of my life. Her demeanor was extremely fake while being overbearing and overall unpleasant to talk to. She said it was no problem i wouldnt talk to the hiring manager but I feel it would have been better if I had. Im unsure if the company itself was cold as she made it appear or if it was just her. Overall i would not have been a good fit for the company if they did hire me as their pay scale can cause you to make no money even if you work as much as you can. Salaried positions only start after a managerial promotion if i remember correctly. But there is not cap if you can manage to do well in the competitive environment. Also she said she would call after she discussed it with her team and never did which i think is rude. A person in HR should have enough training to be able to handle calls that let people know they wont be able to continue with the interview process, especially if she prevented me from seeing an upper level member of the company.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
How will you handle weeks where you make no money?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Greenspire (Burbank, CA)
Interview
There were two in-person interviews involved, and one final phone interview from a higher level of management that took place on the afternoon of the second interview. The first two in-person meetings were pretty basic and straightforward. The phone call went a little deeper but was not so difficult. As long as you can describe your goals and motivations and link them to what the company is all about, it's no sweat.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for Greenspire?Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I applied online. I interviewed at Greenspire (Temecula, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
They asked me some questions, but the bulk of the interview was reviewing the pay structure. The pay structure they showed me was also outdated and incorrect. I found out AFTER taking the job that the pay structure was ENTIRELY different. I was screwed because of this.
