Phone screen and then onsite. On phone interview the lady said the position doesn't pay as much as on the job posting. They are about $15-$20K under comparable jobs in local market. Run away, they are CHEAP!

Great overall, good people, not too challenging. The people seem to have a good working culture and w/l balance. Can be several rounds, but that is standard. Would recommend to anyone in Columbus area
