Interview
Interview was pretty decent. General questions mostly about customer service and previous property management experience. They kind of want to get a feel of your personality to see if you’ll be a good fit for that particular property.
Easy process. I applied online and within a week I got a phone interview. The in-person interview was scheduled a week later and after 2 days I got a call that I was hired.

Fairly straight forward and it was a simple process. It took about a month from start to finish. I had to do a lot of online training for things that took about a week.
