I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Greystar (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
This was a very friendly and casual interview. The interview ended a bit awkward with a moment of silence at the end of the hour. I will definitely be more prepared next time to add my perspective and have a closing question prepared. I was contacted with in 24 hours with an option to interview a 2nd time, still waiting for call back after a week.

A hiring manager reached out and we had a casual email back and forth. We set up a phone interview time as I was going to be relocating out of state to work there possibly. The conversation was easy, she was upbeat. Texted me within the hour to let me know I would be getting the job!
