Greystar Operations Manager interview questions

Interview went awful, the recruiter was over an hour late to my pre-screening phone interview, after 15 minutes late, I decided to send an email, to make sure time was still good and did not get a response until half an hour later and even after I got a response, she did not call me until over an hour after our initial time.
