Gridiron Insurance Actuarial Analyst interview questions

Awkward process - their president is egotistical; he straight up mocked my current job (so I need to apply to his job). Stuff he said on the interview: "your job is boring". Then when I was working, they emailed an "assessment" in the middle of the day when I was working WITHOUT any warning. I did the assessment for them, which I sent a question to ask what the goal was because the assessment had no clear instruction (poorly worded), then their analyst responded "do whatever you want with it". Overall, I got a bad vibe from the company, then found their ex-employees on Linkedin and asked if there was an actuarial team at all- the answer was no and their "actuarial team" was basically a team of data collectors, which I don't think even pays much and have no idea what they are doing.
