They fishing and trying to learn from professionals and figure out design solution around current issues. How come a company constantly post same job for more than 8-9 months without hiring? This is ridiculous and making fool of professionals who caught up with desperation. Stop doing this unethical business and fire your team if they are not capable of doing things before start looking for fresh talent. Dont you think professional can't figure out.

Firstly they don't have clarity on job details, 2nd managers don't like each other, its obvious if you drill down on how they function, you will see lot of negativity built-up internally on their face. Never ever recommend to attend or apply here.
