Recruiter told me on the call that I was moving forward, and then I never heard from her again despite following up multiple times. Not sure what else to say to meet the word minimum here.

      Interview

I had a very disappointing interview experience with Grow Therapy. The process began with a lengthy take-home assignment before even speaking with the hiring manager. While I understand that case studies are common, this felt like a significant time investment without any prior two-way conversation to assess mutual fit. When I did meet with the hiring manager, the conversation was almost entirely case-based. There was very little effort to get to know me, my background, or what I was looking for in my next role. The process then required several additional rounds. The most frustrating part was around scheduling. I was traveling during the process and communicated that upfront, but I was still asked to adjust my personal travel plans to accommodate their timeline. The process felt rushed on their end, despite requiring substantial time and flexibility from candidates. To top it off, the rejection email addressed me by the wrong name. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and poorly coordinated
