Interview
Recruiter reached out to schedule interview (over a month after I submitted initial application). Interview was rescheduled twice before finally meeting. Interview itself was a typical phone screen. At the end, he said he would move me on to the next round, a portfolio review with the hiring manager. I never heard from him or anyone on the team again after this, even after following up directly. And then the job was reposted for the third time on LinkedIn so it seems they still haven't found anyone.

Interview
A recruiter reached out shortly after I applied online. We had a screening call in which he told me he would be moving me to the next round. He said the next step would be a portfolio review by the hiring manager. I sent my portfolio as well as a follow up email the following week and still have not received a response (one month later). Probably one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had interviewing. Based on their recent linkedin post, looks like they still haven't found anyone. I guess I dodged a bullet.
