I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guidehouse (Tysons Corner, VA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied to the position through LinkedIn and shortly thereafter was contacting by the recruiter. The recruiter provided resume advice before sending off to the manager of the respective team I would be working on. The recruiter contacted me to come in for an interview superday at their Tysons Corner location. The superday consisted of 3 interviews with various members of the team, from a Senior Associate to Partner level. Interview questions were your typical case scenario ("Tell me about a time...", "How can you use your previous experience..."). I was contacted a couple of days after an given an offer.
Good and smooth interview process. HR is helpful and very supportive. Flow of the whole interview process is much appreciated. It's really hassle free and properly managed. Give it a try if you get an opportunity to work with this company.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Guidehouse (Washington, DC)
Interview
Unprofessional interview process and would take up 2 weeks for a recruiter to follow up on the next step of the interview process. The onsite interview is very easy and more about if you are a firm fit. However, the managers didn’t seem knowledgeable about the actual work or where they would place you. The managers also indicated made it seem that they made a huge hiring effort only to realize they need to start getting rid of the fat. After my interview I was told that I would hear back within a few days but I ended up I follow up three times after a few weeks of not receiving any updates. I finally received a no offer plus and an apology for it. Also an email was sent out that they pay for parking but the front desk didn’t validate my parking stating it’s not something they do and that the recruiters were wrong....
