Interview
First round is two 30-minute interviews; one case and one behavioral.
Final round is a superday of 4-45 minute interviews. This includes a written case (they give you a prompt and you have one week to prepare a slide deck/present); one case interview; and 2 behavioral interviews.

Interview
Two round interview process. I interned for their Defense & Security sector as a tech consulting intern. Both interviews were about 30-45 minutes and behavioral and they sprinkled in a few technical questions based on the resume I submitted during both interviews. The bulk of it was behavioral though do not stress too much about knowing niche technical topics for the interviews.

Strange - first ever interview consisted of 2 interviews, 1 behaviorals with a mini case and 1 for a case study. Didn't hear back at all until 7 months later that I wasnt chosen lol
3 stages, competency, motivational, and quantitative tests to check how well your reasoning is and also how well you express yourself with respect to your awareness for the life sciences space.
