Had a very detailed first round of interview which included a pharma case study and took about an hour. Interviewer was good, taking time to guide in the right direction and offering ample suggestions.
After this, I never heard from the company, so I assumed that I wasn't selected. In about 2 weeks, they HR called back and informed that they wanted to schedule some feedback session for 1st round of interview. When asked what would happen after feedback is given, there was no proper response other than that they would keep me updated.
Didn't feel worthwhile so I decided not to pursue my candidature further at that stage as the interview process itself didn't seem organized, timely, or transparent.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guidehouse (Washington, DC) in Sep 2024
Interview
3 interviews 3 days in a row was not prompted on what each interview was about. First interview was technical background questions, second interview was soft skills and project, third interview was company knowledge. I was asking questions about the project when the last interviewer wanted questions about the company and she stated I made her uncomfortable . The last interviewer who worked at the director level was unprofessional and shutting down anything I said and was texting during the interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guidehouse in Feb 2024
Interview
I participated in a three-round interview process. It consisted of technical and behavioral questions. The interviewers were kind and transparent about the entire process. I would recommend that others interview with Guidehouse in the future.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced resistance to an initiative.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Guidehouse
Interview
Three rounds of interviews, with the last being very off putting with the director who didn't turn on the camera and sounded like they were in bed. They asked me two questions and seemed completely uninterested.
I really would not recommend interviewing here, the recruiter was very disorganized and I had to email them multiple times to remind them of meetings we were setting. There are better consulting firms that have much kinder recruiting and staff that will not make you feel that you are just a body they are hiring.
