Interview
There were 2 interviews. The first one was a take home case interview (3 days to prepare). I was given a dataset and was asked to develop an industry analysis from it and prepare a 5 min powerpoint presentation. The second interview had a traditional format with situational/ behavioral questions.

Interview was a case study style with a current consultant. Walked through a sample business case about local government transportation. Was given a list of facts about the case and worked with interviewer to come up with a solution
Initial behavioural interview. Second round interview with case study, two hours to work and then present and answer questions. Not very challenging case, but they push you with the questions.
It was a fun interview process and I had a great time going through it. Being transparent and up front went a long way. I hope whoever is going through it soon, doesn't stress and just does their best.
