Guidepoint Client Services Associate interview questions

Initial telephone interview, followed by rigorous 3 hours of further interviews and a case study assessment. They were all very nice and it was going well until the case study, which was very difficult. Subsequently, I found the interviewers to be very critical and not offer any constructive criticism, instead just questioning my actions which made me very intimidated. Until the final stage, I found everyone very friendly and welcoming.

The interview experience was one of the best I have ever give. Right from the first HR round to the final round. It was well planned, coordinated and executed. In the first round, the HR took her time to explain the company and position in detail and gave feedback about the first round the same day. The second and final round was scheduled for the next week which lasted for 3 hours. It included a 1 hr assignment, a mock call and personal interview by 2 team members. The interview was conversational and a pleasant experience.
