I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Sent in a resume and cover letter via my University's recruiting website. I was then selected for an on-campus interview with a single employee (I do not remember if he was HR or not). The interview was straight forward and he was friendly. Shortly after I was sent an email to schedule a time for and on-site interview. I arrived at the interview and it was fairly casual and very standard. I spoke to several people, usually in groups of 2, from different departments and from different levels. Everyone was friendly although I did feel like I had the same interview 4 times. Later, an email was sent asking me to schedule a time for a mock trial. You are given the opportunity to select a ~3 hour slot that is convenient for you and they email you a case.
A bit intense but an overall good experience. You meet with a wide diversity of people. Basic interview questions. You also have to do a practice project which was pretty simple
The first part was a 30 minute interview with a recruiter, and in the second interview I talked with the vice president from London office. Everyone was really polite, but there was lack of organization.
